Admission (Age Limit)
KG & CLASS-1: A student is admitted in KG-I if he/she completes minimum 3 years of age on 15 April of admission year. He /She can be admitted to class KG-II if the age is 4 years on 15 April. For admission into 1st Primary class the minimum age should be 5 years on 15 April of admission year.

The admission of a student will not be considered as final unless approved by the Ministry of Education and Dubai Zone.
Student is not allowed to sit in the class as casual student/without approved admission.
Admission in class 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th needs approval of the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad also.
Admission Documents: At
the time of admission a student has to submit following documents:
Local Transfers:
Photo copy of valid passport along with valid visa page.
Copy of birth certificate in case of admission in KG-I, KG-II and Class I (if there is no School Leaving / Transfer Certificate).
4 latest colored photographs. (Polaroid Photographs are not acceptable by the Ministry of Education).
Transfer certificate of the previous school dully attested by the local Ministry of Education (From Class I onwards).
Transfers from other countries:
Photo copy of valid passport along with valid visa page.

School leaving certificate dully attested by:

Education officer of the area from where the certificate is issued. |

By the Ministry of Foreign affairs of that country from where the person is coming. |

Finally attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country in United Arab Emirates. |
4. Migration Certificate of the Board if student is coming in class 9th after September of an academic session or in class 10th during any month. A letter of the principal mentioning that the student has not been registered with any board , may also be accepted if the student has not been registered with any Board in class IX. Migration Certificate of a student registered with the Federal Board of Intermediate and secondary Education, Islamabad will not be required and instead Registration Card/Number of that student issued by the Federal Board will be required.
It is important to note that students seeking admission in class IX must bring their Registration number or copy of letter sent to the Board for Registration purpose in case he/she passed his / her SSC Examination from t he Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad. Students passing their SSC Examination from other than Federal Board Islamabad, are to bring Migration Certificate. Students passing "O" Level or SSC Examination from other than Pakistani Boards are exempted from the condition of Migration Certificate.

All students are supposed to pay a total of 10 months fee in an academic year. Fee is not charged for summer vacation. i.e. for months July and august. Fee must be paid up to 10th of every month. Parents can deposit fees in lump sum also for a quarter or so in advance if they desire so. In case the fees is not paid, the school will issue a reminder after 10th of the month. In case there is no response, then after 20th of the month the student will not be allowed to attend the class, and bus will not pick up the student from home. Fee can be deposited in cash or cheque, however post-dated cheques are not accepted. Consolidated fee of different categories is as follow. |

The rates of fees are subject to change with prior approval of the Ministry of Education UAE/Board of Governors. In case the fee card is lost a new card card will be issued as per rules.
Note: In case of non payment of dues the name of students will be forwarded to the Ministry of education for cancellation of admission under rules.
Brother/sister concession: The school offers a substantial concession to the parents with large families, which is as under.

KG-X Class: The Academic Session starts in the first week of April and ends in March next year. Academic activity of class X starts immediately after 9th class Board examination.
XI Class: The Academic session starts immediately after their 10th class exam , and ends in April of the next year. However ,after declaration of 10th class result by the Federal Board, only successful students will be admitted to class XI
XII Class: Academic session starts immediately after their first year exam and ends in April next year. However, only those students of XI class are promoted to class XII who qualify in at least 3 subjects of Science Group or 4 Subjects of commerce Group.
